It is impossible to overstate how pleased we are with our new improved conservatory. Horizon took an outdated Victorian conservatory and turned it into a smart new room we can use all year round. From the very first visit by Shane all the way through to the final clean up, this company has been magnificent and it’s been a pleasure having the team here who were, without exception, polite, helpful and gave great attention to detail throughout. Indeed instead of just using normal bricks they went out of their way to find reclaimed bricks to match the house exterior. Communication has been excellent with any query instantly responded to making us feel we were listened to and valued. Five stars all round and highly recommended.

The best praise you can give a company and the individuals involved is if you give them more work
I asked Shane and his lads to tile out my very large conservatory and they did a great job
Then immediately after I asked them to remove an old lean to and build a conservatory for my Mother in Law This was a very difficult job with a tight footprint yet they did it on time and to budget
They were throughout excellent and easy to work with Basically on both jobs they did what they said they would at the price agreed and did it with a smile
If you are looking for someone you can trust to get the job done then I highly recommend that you use Shane and Horizon Conservatories

I Have had my conservatory roof and windows replaced to a higher specification to reduce heat from the sun. This has turned out well due to the fact that building regs was not required as it is kept as a conservatory legally.

I cannot recommend Horizon Conservatories enough. I recently had a troublesome glass roof replaced on my ten year old lean-to conservatory by a lovely poly carbonate one and am delighted with the result. Shane and every one of his team were professional throughout and all worked hard to produce a first class finish.

We highly recommend Horizon Conservatories. After spending over a year gathering quotes from various companies many of which were excessively high and felt more like sales tactics than genuine advice, we were close to giving up. Then we came across Horizon Conservatories, and everything changed.
From the moment we met Shane, we knew this was the right company for us. He wasn’t the typical salesman; he was honest, straightforward, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right design. He talked through ideas with us and provided a highly competitive quote that we were more than happy to accept. We also decided to have A rated replacement windows throughout the conservatory.

Within three weeks, the team began replacing our old conservatory roof. Shane, Tommy, Warren, Ben, Gareth (electrician), and Andy (plasterer) were all exceptionally professional, polite, and punctual every single day. Deliveries arrived exactly when expected, and the team handled everything seamlessly. They tidied up daily, and their attention to detail is some of the best workmanship I’ve ever seen.

They also handled everything with approved building inspectors throughout the project, ensuring the work met the highest standards and that every aspect was fully compliant and signed off. This gave us complete confidence that we were getting the best possible product.

The final result has exceeded all our expectations. Our conservatory has gone from being unusable in both winter and summer to becoming our favourite room in the house, one we now use every single day.

Horizon Conservatories has been outstanding from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the transformation. Highly recommended.
